We were delighted to celebrate the official reopening of Head Room, Jami's mental health café in Golders Green, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony by the Mayor of Barnet.

Head Room by Jami, the charity’s mental health café in Golders Green, has now fully reopened, following major expansion and a revamp.

Building work is now underway to expand Jami’s Head Room Café in Golders Green, which brings awareness, education and access to mental health support to the high street alongside a vibrant kosher food and drinks menu.

Being based on the high street means that the activities offered at the café – be it the peer support and community walking groups or the Kind Coworking and Coffee & Connect sessions, for example – can be accessed by anyone.

It’s a fact and a simple one at that – nature can boost our mental health.
