Happy and healthy Pesach from everyone at Head Room Café

Many of us experience loneliness at one time or another, but it’s often overlooked or dismissed. And this is an issue. Connecting to others in our community can improve our mental health and play a big part in helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness.

Choose from one of Jami’s special, free daily activities, online and in person, running during Mental Health Awareness Week. Get creative in our art and writing sessions. Join Jami’s Night School and our discussion groups for a friendly debate. Or take time to walk and talk with old friends and new. Everyone is welcome!

Join our community group sessions to support each other and have fun together. Events are held in person at the cafe and in our virtual cafe on Zoom. Wherever you join us, we hope you find a warm, welcoming and inclusive space. All of our events are free and open to whoever would like to join. Please spread the word!

For in person events at the café we encourage you to :

  • Take a lateral flow test before coming
  • Wear a mask indoors when not seated, unless exempt
  • Maintain physical distance
  • Make use of hand sanitizer provided on arrival
