JAMI’S COMMUNITY
PROGRAMME AT HEAD ROOM
"Having a sense of purpose and belonging is known to improve our mental health."
Open to everyone in the community, our free daily programme of groups and activities supports personal and communal wellbeing. The programme includes sessions in co-working and wellbeing, talks and walks, and creative activities. We are proud to bring mental health support to the high street.
Encouraging the community to talk about mental health creates the opportunity for greater awareness and understanding.
