Mental Health Awareness Week launch at head room

We would like to invite you to a fun and friendly afternoon of activities and conversation at Head Room café to mark the launch of Mental Health Awareness Week. Join us for a cup of tea, a slice of cake and great company. Bring just yourself or the kids as well, and take part in arts and crafts, board games or peer support discussions about mental health and anxiety. This is a great opportunity to get acquainted with the café and community if you haven’t visited before. All are welcome to attend.
